Detech needed a web platform to integrate with their IoT devices used for monitoring liquid nitrogen tanks. The platform required capabilities to track fill levels, detect leaks, and provide alerts for overflow or low levels to ensure the safe and efficient management of the tanks.
We implemented real-time tracking of liquid nitrogen tank levels using data from IoT sensors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to prevent overflows and ensure timely refills. Our solution included leak detection capabilities that identify and alert users of any leaks in the tanks, enabling proactive maintenance and immediate response to prevent hazards. To further enhance safety, we developed an alert system that notifies users of critical conditions such as low levels or potential overflows, with customizable alert thresholds and notification methods (e.g., email, SMS) for timely intervention.
The platform also features intuitive dashboards that visualize tank levels, trends, and historical data, along with reporting tools to generate detailed reports on tank status, usage patterns, and alerts. Additionally, we implemented user account management features, including roles and permissions to control access to the platform, ensuring secure and efficient management of user data and interactions.
